CROATIA: B.net takes over Total TV
Following an agreement signed today by the investment fund Mid Europa Partners, majority owner of Total TV, and Austrian BEWAG Group, owner of B.net Croatia, B.net Croatia will take over all operations of Total TV in the country, including branding and market performance, which will be fully integrated into business of B.net.
According to the deal B.net will manage Total TV as its own satellite platform, which means that B.net will merge the user databases inorder to offer and equal level quality for customer and information services.

- "Mid Europa Partners", a British investment fund, is the owner of a number of telecommunications operators and pay TV companies in Europe (e.g. "Astera" in Poland, Hungary, "INVITEE" in Austria, "Telemach" in Slovenia and "SBB" in Serbia).
