The Minister of Culture of Ukraine, Mikhail Kulinyak and his French counterpart, Frederic Mitterrand, will sign a 2 year agreement on joint film production between Ukraine and France during the Cannes festival, said the head of the State Agency for Cinematography Catherine Kopilova. The signing will take place May 14 in Cannes.
 

In addition, the Ukrainian national pavilion at the Cannes festival will include the presentation of films united under the title "The new Ukrainian cinema." ("Novoye ukrainskoye kino"). Two new Ukrainian projects : the movie "ROCK'N'BALL" and series "Enchanted by Kiev" ("Vlublionnye v Kiev"), which will consists of 9 short films (similar to the movie" Paris, je t'aime ", " New York, I Love you "," Moscow, I Love You ") will be presented as well.
